Volunteers make all the difference in the lives of our cats and in the smooth running of our shelter and Catfe Lounge! We need volunteers for a variety of tasks, including:
- Cleaning and preparing the Catfé Lounge before opening hours.
- Assisting at the Catfé Lounge during working hours. Includes greeting visitors, caring for the Catfé, and ensuring the care of cats and kittens.
- Adoption Ambassador. Contacting applicants and checking references for potential adopters.
- Fostering cats in your home. If you can provide a wonderful, temporary home for cats and kittens, FCS also uses foster homes for cats.
- TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return)
- Fundraising
- Marketing
