Sometimes, the impact of a community isn’t measured in dollars. It’s measured in years of life, second chances, and the love we’re able to give when it matters most.

In just FOUR days, we said goodbye to three very special ladies who were part of our Forever Foster Legacy Program.

🐾 Momcat — 20 years old
🐾 Evey — 19 years old
🐾 Lilly — 21 years old

All three crossed the Rainbow Bridge between October 16 and October 20, passing peacefully from the effects of old age.

Together, these three beautiful souls accounted for decades of love, companionship, and life. Because of our donors, we were able to secure stable, loving forever foster homes where they could spend their golden years safe, comfortable, and cherished.

And then there are the little lives whose stories are still being written.

Meet Shishito, Piquillo, and Iko (note: they’re 11 months cumulatively age wise). These kittens came to us with significant eye conditions that required extensive, persistent medical care.

✨ Piquillo underwent entropion surgery.
✨ Iko’s eyes have improved tremendously with consistent daily medication.
✨ Shishito’s eye has continued to improve and we think he can see shadows.

Look at the difference a little love, a lot of dedication, and a community behind them can make.
